Customer & Sales Support Specialist
Italian - English


My client is a top outsourcing international company who supports a wide range of markets leaders within the New Technologies area. They offer customer care and support in all European languages.

You will be in charge of delivering customer and sales support for inbound calls. This new team will be delivering Sales support to final customers while proving the best quality on customer care for IT related products in hardware (computers, laptop, etc.)


Missions:
- Inbound Sales support and selling of products to increase revenue & conversion rates, while ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Surveys Scores
- Achieve sales goals set out on a quarterly basis while providing an excellent customer experience
- Delivery of high caliber Customer interactions, as measured by quality reports & call audits.

Profile:

- Native Italian and fluent English. Any other language is considered as a strong asset
- Excellent communication and sales skills in a variety of customer facing situations.
- Familiar with current Technological environment (Previous experience in technological sector is a plus)
- Good team player with excellent work ethic & personal drive
- Sales oriented
- Excellent customer facing skills and demonstrable when presenting the client’s culture of innovation, fun and quality in every interaction.
- Strong Communication skills. Adaptive communication and active listening
- Demonstrable B2C Sales Experience

Salary package:
- Competitive Salary:
20.000€ (16.000€ fix + 4.000 € bonus) gross per year + Incentives
