You will manage a team of credit controllers, and ensure efficient coordination with local teams in each market. The position will report to the Finance Director Europe.

Responsabilités
· Review the company´s credit control procedure and develop and implement enhancements where required
· Ensure reconciliation and cleaning up of accounts
· Ensure all credit control responsibilities and duties are carried out accurately and within set time limit
· Keep the company up to date with new credit management procedures and techniques
· Strategize, coordinate & organize market activities related to credit control
· Lead Credit Control team to ensure compliance with customer & quality requirements as well as review, streamline, integrate &/or develop new processes to achieve desired operational efficiency

Profil
You have an excellent knowledge of SAP FI-AR, are fluent in English and French (Spanish would be a plus) and have outstanding communication skills. You have proved to be able to work under pressure and enjoy working on different projects. Furthermore, you have previous experience in the area of Credit Control and are looking for a challenging position which requires solid people management skills.
