New Customer Care/Technical Agent Position with Dutch or a Nordic language
Permanent position based in the heart of Belfast City Centre

This organization provides multi channel, multilingual contact centre services to global organizations. An outsourcing company which provides customer contact management solutions to clients in the global market place, while creating a working environment and culture that promotes respect for staff and customers.

Role: Customer Care/Technical Agent-Inbound Email


Main Responsibilities:


- Providing excellent customer service and technical solutions to customers.
- Working in a team based environment supporting your team in achieving the highest quality standards.
- Provide a personalized response to all inbound emails received whilst providing a positive customer's experience through efficient, friendly, high quality and accurate responses
- Will be required to take inbound telephone calls where business needs
- Proactively seek feedback on ways to improve personal performance
- Take ownership to ensure closure for all issues which cannot be resolved whilst dealing with the customer/Assisting product specialists to find resolutions
- Take part in, and encourage active participation in team discussion activities and focus groups
- Assist your team manager in assessing and auditing responses and completing quality response


Key Skills Required:

- 6 months outstanding customer service experience in a service driven environment
- Excellent inter-personal skills and a good team player
- Sense the customer problem: Problem solving and troubleshooting skills to resolution
- Excellent English grammatical written skills
- Self-motivated - interest in self- development, high personal drive to succeed
- Ability to work on own initiative and ability to adapt to change
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and targets. Working to individual targets which includes customer satisfaction, responding to customer emails within 24hours and quality assessments. This will be monitored on a daily basis.
- Interest in Technology
- Fluency in Dutch or in a Nordic language

- Relocation advisor within the company who will offer ongoing help and assistance until you get settled (opening up bank accounts, applying for National Insurance numbers and Accommodation)
