TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENT with FRENCH
Permanent job based in Dublin for an American multinational company

- like being in contact with customers over the phone

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handling incoming calls from customers to troubleshoot technical issues with digital camera and other photo related material for professional photographers
- Track, escalate and resolve their queries as appropriate
- Log all calls and record them into a database in English and update customer records as required
- Provide customers with feedback on problem status.
- Develop technical knowledge of products in order to increase resolution capability
- Assist in the generation of hot-line support tools and process improvements


REQUIREMENTS:

- Passion for photography
- Excellent technical knowledge of digital cameras
- Previous Customer Service or Technical Support experience
- Good verbal communication skills & telephone manner
- Fluency in French
- Good English level
