TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENT with FRENCH or DUTCH
Permanent job based in Limerick area
4 positions available to support the French market on a famous laptop range

My Client is an American multinational company doing outsourcing for the most prestigious IT brands in the world.

If you are:

- keen on High products/New technologies
- have some good basic IT skills (hardware, software, network) as full training on products will be provided upon your arrival for 3 to 4 weeks
- would like to use your languages skills on a daily basis
- like being in contact with customers over the phone

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handling incoming calls from customers to troubleshoot technical issues (hardware, software, multimedia, network)
- Track, escalate and resolve their queries as appropriate
- Log all calls and record them into a database in English and update customer records as required
- Provide customers with feedback on problem status.
- Develop technical knowledge of products in order to increase resolution capability
- Assist in the generation of hot-line support tools and process improvements


REQUIREMENTS:

- IT certificate/diploma/degree a plus but not essential
- Previous Customer Service or Technical Support experience desirable
- Good verbal communication skills & telephone manner
- Fluency in French or Dutch
- Good English level
