Junior IT Sales for Swiss, Swedish or German speakers
Permanent job based in Dublin

My Client is a global leader in the IT industry who is still growing, expanding and making more and more profits despite the economic downturn!

You will receive full training on the IT products and solutions.

Requirements:

- High School Leaving Qualification
- Fluency in Norwegian and good level of English
- 6 months experience in a Sales or Customer Service role
- Good telephone manner
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good team spirit
- Ability to work on targets and to meet deadlines

Main duties:

- Lead Generation to develop new business
- Telesales
- Satisfy customer's questions and requirements related to contracts, pricing, delivery, and pre-packaged offerings
- Contract renewals closing
- Conduct Sales forecasts and risk analysis
- Measure customer satisfaction
