Insurance Policy Servicing Senior Executive
English + another language desirable, ideally one of the following: French/Polish/German/Spanish/Italian
Permanent position based in Dublin City Centre

Contracting:
- Draft of Customer Documentation, Terms and Conditions.
- Review of all contracting prior to validation and signature
- Gather rather all contractual documents in local language and an English translation for the Irish based Insurance Companies and a French version for the French Companies
- Review of all contracting prior to validation and signature
- Participate in committees for launch and validation of new products and partners
- Maintain contracts database.
- Participate in Legal Review meetings.
- Creation of database of standard clauses and benchmarking solution to frequently used legal and contracting pan- European issues.
Reinsurance:
- Drafting and reviewing Reinsurance Treaties, cover and slip notes
- Drafting of addendums and endorsements to in force treaties.
- Participate with negotiations on reinsurance conditions.
Underwriting process:
- To assist the underwriters to deal with documents (internal requests forms, existing contractual documentation , local market information in foreign languages)
- To ensure that the agreed terms of business are reflected accurately in the Customer Documentation and Reinsurance Treaties.
New partnerships:
To write the contractual documents in liaison with:
- Accounting and Reserving to agree on technical conditions.
- Reinsurers/ Ceding Companies to agree on Treaty wording and conditions.
- The underwriters for the underwriting risk clauses: eligibility conditions, exclusions.
- The reserving and solvency trainee actuary for the actuarial reporting: technical reserves, Insurance Authority returns.
- The legal department to comply with the laws and regulations,
- The development team to comply with the proposals done to our partners, reinsurers, clients
- The compliance officer: check, update and complete the list of existing products.
External relations:
- With legal internal and external lawyers.
- With other departments and head office.
- Reinsurance Companies.
Management
- Management and supervision of one member of a growing team.
Experience and qualification
The Ideal candidate should have an insurance background, with at least 3 to 5 years experience; legal experience, captive management/ reinsurance accounts experience would be an advantage
English and any one of the following – French/Polish/German/Spanish/Italian an advantage.
The successful candidate should be methodical and have strong analytical skills. They should also be proficient in the use of Microsoft word.
