Permanent Contract based in Paris (92) – (or can be based in UK near Cambridge)

Online Marketing Manager
As a key member of the Global Web Division, you be responsible for increasing revenue and profit through the UK ecommerce channel.
Overall responsibilities include -
• Achieve monthly revenue and targets for sales through the e-commerce website .
• Ensure successful implementation of global e-commerce strategy and brand consistency across all websites.
• Implement full range of online marketing activities to drive traffic to the company’s websites (PPC, SEO, Email, Affiliates, Social Media)
• Manage the merchandising of the websites to increase sales conversion rates and average order values.
• Develop all aspects of the customer experience on the website, from new customer acquisition to ensuring repeat customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
• Experience of creating and optimising profitable high volume PPC campaigns in Google, Yahoo and Bing
• Ability to define and implement successful email marketing strategy based on customer database segmentation and new customer acquisition.
• Experience in producing high quality effective content for the web and email, that is both optimised for SEO and online sales conversions
• Knowledge of best practice ecommerce techniques to merchandise websites and provide best of class online customer experience
• Understanding of Affiliate marketing and experience of managing affiliates through different affiliate networks
• Develop online and offline customer acquisition campaigns to grow the customer database.
• Liaise with different business units to ensure consistency on brand, pricing, product range and launch schedule through different sales channels (eg Retail, Resellers).
• Liaise and provide input to different product management teams to define pricing, product range and roadmap to ensure our product portfolio is optimised for the Web.
• Experience of using various online analytics tools (eg Google Analytics)
Profile:
• At least 2 years of experience in webmarketing (in IT industry) / Excellent all round interpersonal skills
• Confidence in communicating with senior management
• Self-sufficient with the ability to work within broad guidelines
• High levels of personal motivation
Salary package depends on qualifications and experience.
