Online Advertising Team Leader
Permanent position based in Barcelona

The Publisher Manager Team Leader is in charge of the Publisher branch of the platform for a given European country. Reporting to the Head of Publishers, this person will be responsible for managing the team of publisher managers for the given countries and thus make sure the pool of publishers is adequately taken care of and recruitment actions are being made on a continuous basis.

We are looking for a person with proven experience in the field of online advertising, preferably in affiliation platforms. This person will use the acquired experience to ensure the continuous leveraging of our publishers database and the proper running of the advertising campaigns.

Main responsibilities:

- Set up the strategy for the recruitment of new publishers as affiliates of our platform.
- Organize the work of the Publisher Managers and the balance of time dedicated to the different activities: prospection, recruitment, database management and support to the client base.
- Act as a coach for the Publisher Managers and as an escalation point for complex or sensitive problems.
- Be the direct point of contact for important of strategic affiliates.
- Integrate the reporting of all members of the team into comprehensive stats and reports that can be used to make strategic decisions.
- Keep a close communication with the Account Director.
- Report to the Head of the Affiliation Platform.

Minimum requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in online marketing, and preferably affiliation platform.
- Deep understanding of how an affiliation platform works.
- Experience managing a team.
- Relevant studies related to Marketing or Commerce.
- English fluent.
- Highly skilled in office productivity tools (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point).
- Experience working with online stats and tracking systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Desirable:

- Knowledge of French or Spanish will be a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML / PHP / JAVA.
