Since their establishment in 2004, they have always been looking for innovative and effective ways to advertise on the Internet.
Their experts personally manage statistics, targeting tools and optimization, so that advertisers' revenue grows easily and quickly. Their campaign models are flexible in order to find the most convenient business model for each advertiser: CPM, CPC, CPA or CPS.
From traffic purchasing to handling payouts, my Client facilitates advertisers' online business activity. They are for example looking after all the advertising of prestigious companies like: Dell, Nike, eDreams, fnac and Meetic.

Role:

My Client is looking for an Italian or Spanish or German Online Web Traffic and Manager to join their international team of highly skilled professionals on a permanent basis.

You will be in charge of:

- Manage an existing portfolio of key advertisers, maintain strong relationships with them and grow revenue
- Develop new Clients
- Present and sell the company's online advertising products and services
- Negotiate rates
- Understand advertisers' online advertising goals
- Define a clear and customized marketing strategy with them to help them achieve their advertising goals i.e. increase traffic towards their website, increase brand or product awareness etc.
- Manage, coordinate and optimize online pay per clieck advertising campaigns (CPC, CPM etc.) to maximize advertising efficiency
- Analyse and measure ROI (return on investment)
- Ensure Client's satisfaction
- Chase Clients' payments


Requirements:

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to efficiently manage portfolio of Clients
-Being able to undertsand advertiser's goals and create strategic customized online and e-marketing advertising campaigns
- Internet Savvy and experience in online advertising and especially SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Be familiar with pay per click advertising and search engine optimization
- Ability to work autonomously and to reach targets within strict deadlines
- Be result oriented

Desirable:
