Shareholder Services Administrator - 6 month contract

Excellent opportunity for experienced Shareholder Services Administrator to take up a contract position with one of the largest financial institutions in the world. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and be looking to make the step up to working with a market leader.

Role:
The Hedge Fund shareholder services administrator works under the guidance of the Account Manger. They perform all tasks associated with production of cash flow statements for Investment Managers, posting of subscriptions, redemptions and transfers as well as client and shareholder servicing. They perform fund administration functions for assigned funds, which are maintained on an automated shareholder registration system. Duties include processing of trades, production of trade confirmations and contract notes, verification and accuracy of system input, reconciliation of fund bank accounts, responding to client and shareholder queries as well as adhering to Anti Money Laundering procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accuracy, efficiency, attention to detail, teamwork and excellent Customer Service skills
• Maintenance of Shareholder Register for assigned funds
• Processing of subscriptions, redemptions, switches & transfers
• Client & shareholder servicing

Experience
• 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role
