Given our fast growth, we are looking for a talented and self-directed Project Manager who will oversee the day to day activities and efforts assigned to R&D team. This individual will work closely with the CTO, to understand the business needs and requirements and drive process assessment, analysis, design, continuously improve and control to exceed our customer and business expectations. He will be the main point of contact for the coordination with others departments.

The individual will have strong leadership skills and project management experience, preferably in an online advertising environment, and be tenacious in delivering on time efforts to quality levels.

Main responsibilities
• Establish standardized project management policy, guidelines, metrics, technology methodologies and templates while ensuring adherence.
• Provide centralized services such as planning, scheduling, estimating, costing, project accounting, risk assessment, status communication, etc.
• Prioritize projects and/or ensure consistency with corporate strategies.
• Provide guidance, mentoring and training.
• Provide watchdog roles and mediate conflict
• Develop an overall high-level project plan encompassing all projects, with defined milestones and deliverables.


Minimum requirements
• Minimum of 5-6 years in positions such as project manager or similar.
• Excellent English communication skills (Spanish or French would be an asset)
• Graduated in IT + former hands-on experiences in Software Development Lifecycle.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• High degree of competency with project management including: Requirements gathering, scoping, issue & risk identification, general management, tracking dependencies and milestones, and communication of overall project status
• Ability to creatively solve challenging business/technology problems
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Proven ability to work cross functionally to drive the high level designs as well as resolve lower level operational issues with experience translating between business and technology
