German or Swedish Telesales Account Manager
Permanent position baed in Dundalk - Dublin North
The Tele Account Managers are required to sell a range of product to existing customers through outbound telephone calling. In doing so, they will provide our customers with a professional and courteous service, whilst establishing long-term customer relationships.
Functions:
- Manage and maintain a database of accounts with associated Sales Revenue and Key Performance targets
- Strengthen existing National Pen relationship with its high-value customers
- Discover how customers use their promotional products and prepare consultative promotional solutions to meet each customer’s unique situation
- Coordinate with other National Pen departments as necessary to meet customer expectations
- Participation in product projects when required
Skills/Attributes:
- Good telephone manner: courteous, clear speech, good call management, assertive
- Be fluent in one of the following languages: German or Swedish
- Have previous experience within a sales environment, particularly direct sales and with a proven sales ability
- Be adept at identifying and developing new sales opportunities for the company
- Have the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Be computer literate, with good keyboard skills; familiar with different on-line data-base packages
- Possess good communication and listening skills with a pleasant telephone manner
- Possess good problem solving skills
- Be a good team player
